Jefferson County Home Builders Association serves members, operating primarily on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington State. The JCHBA is THE trade association for the building industry of Jefferson County. We work with the state and national organizations to promote and strengthen a favorable business environment for the benefit of our association's members and their communities. Members include not only builders, but also subcontractors and others supporting the industry, such as banks, mortgage brokers, insurance agencies, newspapers, Realtors, suppliers, etc. The group meets monthly. Attendance is encouraged to build business connections and increase referrals between members. Many members receive 25% or more of their L&I premiums back each year, thanks to the ROII retrospective ratings program. The JCHBA is proud to offer Built Green of Jefferson County. Available locally only through the JCHBA, this green building program acknowledges homeowners and builders, who choose to build in an environmentally friendly manner.
