Heather Duffy offers a wide range of yoga classes: gentle, beginner, basic, continuing, and prenatal. She has been studying yoga for 20 years beginning with a strong foundation in Iyengar Yoga, and more recently inspired by Anusara Yoga. Heather's teaching style helps students to discover ways to practice yoga postures that enhance breath awareness and healthy alignment. She encourages listening to and following the inner cues of the body and spirit so that students learn to trust in their own innate wisdom. Heather teaches at the Yoga Shala near the Jefferson County Fairgrounds. The Shala is a small studio surrounded by flower gardens in a quiet neighborhood. Class size is limited to 12 people which ensures quality instruction and individual attention.
