With Aletia Alvarez (Certified Soul Motion Facilitator) SoulFull Sunday is a facilitated event that is offered every Sunday - cultivating connection through rhythm, movement and community. The dance is attended by a vibrant and diverse community of welcoming and friendly people, some of whom have practiced Soul Motion for years, while some ~ never before. The invitation is to explore your own style of creative expression, bring a curious spirit and exploring the yes to deepening your understanding of self, community and SOUL. The music is diverse—to engage a horizon of possibilites. The atmosphere is open to everyone's individual wisdom and expression. The rhythm moment is unpredictable in what arrives. Come move your divinity! Music begins at 9:45 for those needing additional time to arrive. Please arrive on time so we can begin together.

4 Scholarships available to folks - if you arrive before 10:00...which is when the coach turns back into a pumpkin. Children ready to dance and engage are welcome to attend. If your child is under 7 years of age we request that you as the parent or friend of the parent - assist them in "seeing" the space (as children can inadvertantly dominate the room) Guidance for our younger friends is requested during the quieter rhythms (beginning and end of class). This opportunity of exploration inquires to the unique voice of each person ~ taking the linear and verbal expression that holds the majority of our week into a circular-spiral-somatic dialogue with the body and the space that surrounds. Voice conversations are invited into the upstairs lounge - as this is the time to let our Bodies Talk.
