Many places around Port Townsend provide wonderful birdwatching opportunities. Kai Tai Lagoon, the Larry Scott Trail, Fort Worden State Park and North Beach are a few of the locations to view birds.
We are fortunate to have eagles nest nearby and have both spring and fall migrations traverse this area. Hopefully we can maintain habitat for our feathered friends!
