With more than 25 years of professional cooking and catering experience, Beth and her trained staff transform any gathering, large or small, casual cocktails to formal dinner, into a memorable occasion. Alaska wild salmon is one of Beth's specialties, which she grills as ''A Moveable Feast'' on the Cape Cleare Salmon Wagon. Experience her incredible Fish Tacos at the P.T. Saturday Farmer's Market. She also sells Sauces and Chutney's to take home. She will be back for the 6th year selling Salmon sandwiches and dinners at the Port Townsend Food Coop Thursdays, 11am-7pm.
